Our office has years of experience representing fiduciaries, such as executors, administrators, and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts. When a person dies testate (with a will), we will commence the necessary legal proceedings to probate the will and have an executor appointed. When a person dies intestate (without a will), we do what is required to have an administrator appointed. We assist fiduciaries in dealing with family members, creditors and taxing authorities. Our goal is to provide the advice and guidance to help the fiduciary deal with the stress often associated with completing the affairs of a loved one.
